Accenture Customer Success Management Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee

Preferred location: Washington DC Metro area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the successful adoption of the client’s suite of cloud-based productivity and collaboration tools solutions for a portfolio of accounts

  • Serve as a thought leader in GenAI and digital productivity and collaboration, provide thought leadership to customers at executive and practitioner levels

  • Partner with customers to identify success plays that will accelerate their time to value, and develop plans to implement these services, including the tracking of objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics

  • Guide senior customer stakeholders through the changes needed to unlock the full value of client’s tools, providing guidance to help them design the optimal enablement and adoption strategy to maximize business value

  • Partner with customer-facing account teams and executives to develop strategic and technical plans that help customers achieve their business objectives

Role Requirements:

  • The selected individual will be required to work eastern time

  • Travel can be up to 30%

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in sales or customer success roles in the SaaS / cloud / IT modernization industries

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the public sector; state/local and/or federal

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving technology and digital transformation programs for external customers utilizing cloud-based solutions, for productivity and workplace solutions

  • Technologist, ability to understand Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Meet, Gemini, +) and proven track record for training and educating customers in a pre-sales role

  • Experience supporting enterprise customers in Generative AI and/or productivity SaaS solutions

  • Experience collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, and knowledge of the Google Cloud ecosystem

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York or Washington as set forth below.
