You are:  

Accenture Song is looking for a dynamic Creative Director with experience driving, concepting, pitching, and delivering omni-channel, brand-building campaigns and projects that deliver on the strategic needs of our Fortune 500 clients. You must be able to lead all creative aspects of a project and provide guidance and feedback on both art and copy disciplines. You must have experience leading integrated teams, driving creative craft and excellence and presenting work directly to clients. 

You’ll need to provide and communicate a big picture vision for opportunities and work, while also managing minute project details across both design and copy. You’ll serve as the primary creative lead on some projects, or with senior creative leadership on others. You must be skilled at collaborating with leaders across disciplines, including strategy , media, data/analytics, technology, and others. You must have a portfolio that demonstrates a breadth of experience and execution across the funnel .  

The work:  

  • Concept, pitch, and deliver branding, campaign, digital experiences 

  • Lead creative teams across design and copy 

  • Build review decks and present to clients 

  • Collaborate with cross-discipline leads to ensure project success 

  • Develop meaningful relationships with clients 

  • Get hands-on and deliver work within your discipline when necessary 

  • Support new business through concepting and deck building

    Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years agency or equivalent industry experience in the creative field across all media—including digital , social, film , longform content and print

  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams and presenting work to clients 

  • Extraordinary o nline portfolio with samples of creative work  for multiple brands across all media

      Bonus points if you have:   ​

  • Experience with Telecomm, Media and Technology (CMT) industry clients

  • Portfolio includes award-winning, industry-acclaimed work for craft and creativity ( OneShow , AD&D, Cannes, Webbys , Emmys, Andys, Effies , ADC)

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Bachelor’s degree in advertising or another creative industry related field

  • Experience in using GenAI as a tool to drive creative process

  • Clear point of view on AI and the future of advertising

  • Up to date on the latest industry - standard creative software and GenAi tools

  • Fluent in social media platforms and trends

  • Experience in scaled AOR engagements

  • Passion for blending creativity, data, and technology

  • Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative environment with multidisciplinary cross-function teams.  

  • Natural storytelling skills and structuring narratives for presentations and selling ideas

  • Excellent presentation skills/public speaking

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
