This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll:

Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are

enjoying themselves

Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide resolve to their

satisfaction

Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team

to maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment

Be in the know: Offer expert insight into promotions and benefits

of utilizing the McDonald’s App, Mobile Order & Pay features

To be successful in this position, you’ll need:
