Job Summary: The Bravas Pre-Wire Lead – Technician will join our dynamic in-house Rough-In and Trim Out team, reporting directly to the Bravas Rough In and Trim Out Project Manager and Location Operations Manager. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge of wiring foundations essential to the custom integration and low voltage industry. Knowledge, Skills/Abilities: Collaborate with the team to perform prewires onsite, ensuring efficient and precise installation. Communicate progress and updates regularly to the Bravas Rough In and Trim Out Project Manager. Learn and master the installation of rough in components, such as: back boxes and housings for various technologies including gate stations, door stations, cameras, wireless access points, and speakers. Gain expertise in trimming out prewires, terminating fiber, data, audio wiring, installing security systems, panels, keypads, motions, glass breaks, sirens, wall plates, keystones, wireless access points, cameras, and other equipment. Maintain professionalism and represent Bravas effectively while interacting with sales staff, custom home builders, architects, and designers onsite. Adhere to Bravas uniform standards and always conduct oneself in a professional manner. Work in various environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, to complete projects as required. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in low voltage systems is a plus. Must have 3+ years of experience in the integration industry. Prior experience in rough in and trim out work, preferably in custom integration or related industry. Strong understanding of wiring fundamentals and construction techniques. Understanding on how to read home schematics, plans or blueprints Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to interact courteously with clients and stakeholders. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to hot and cold temperatures. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, or bending may be required. Must be able to lift up to 30-45 pounds at times.
