Contact Center Representative Position in Naperville, IL
Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Contact Center Representative positions in Naperville, IL. These are temp-to-hire opportunities!
Position Details:
Pay: Weekly pay ($20-$21/hour) DOE
Type: Temp-to-hire
Schedule: Mon – Fri, office environment
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service
Recommend credit union products and services
Meet monthly sales goals
Identify financial needs and recommend solutions
Present accurate information on savings and loan rates
Cross-sell credit union products
Address and resolve member problems and complaints
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience , preferably in a financial institution
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette, pleasant voice and demeanor
Ability to meet monthly sales goals
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
Type 20-30 words per minute
Team-oriented

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
