Contact Center Representative Position in Naperville, IL

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Contact Center Representative positions in Naperville, IL. These are temp-to-hire opportunities!

Position Details:

  • Pay: Weekly pay ($20-$21/hour) DOE

  • Type: Temp-to-hire

  • Schedule: Mon – Fri, office environment

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Recommend credit union products and services

  • Meet monthly sales goals

  • Identify financial needs and recommend solutions

  • Present accurate information on savings and loan rates

  • Cross-sell credit union products

  • Address and resolve member problems and complaints

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience , preferably in a financial institution

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong phone etiquette, pleasant voice and demeanor

  • Ability to meet monthly sales goals

  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask

  • Type 20-30 words per minute

  • Team-oriented

Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
