Objectives:
在GDF/KA "数字业务解决方案中国团队 "中，您将作为团队的一员，负责后端开发和DevOps管理（包括云基础设施、编码和流程CI/CD管理）。该团队负责开发巴斯夫和外部客户共同使用的应用程序。

Within GDF/KA “Digital Business Solutions China Team”, you will be responsible for backend development and DevOps management (include cloud infra, coding & process CI/CD management) as part of the team. The team develops applications which are used in a shared way by both BASF and our external customers.
We deliver & support various sales & marketing solutions worldwide and are therefore THE digital face to the customers of BASF. We inspire and advise our business units with our many years of experience in commerce in both business and technical matters.
Main Task:

You will be working in an agile and self-organized way. You will support product manager on work materials and be part of the devops team to support digital solutions.
You will be responsible for supporting internal users on systems questions, gathering, analysis and documentations
You will be responsible to support application owner on user training material, support to perform UAT test and facilitate trainings / events for business users.
You shall effectively communicate with local & global cross-functional teams.
You shall formalize information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports and minutes.
Job Requirements:
拥有信息和商务领域的学位或同等学历。
至少有一次实习经验
对中国社交平台（豆瓣、微信等）感兴趣并熟悉
有使用照片和视频软件（如：Photoshop）的经验
有社交媒体直播经验（微信/豆瓣 ....）
善于沟通，理解力强，能清晰、有逻辑地表达观点
具有使用 Office 工具和制作 PowerPoint 幻灯片的经验
对数字化和 IT 领域有浓厚兴趣
有数字工具自学记录
有 KOL / KOC 工作经验者优先
普通话流利，能用英语交流
You have a degree or a comparable education in the field of information and business.
You already have minimum 1 internship experience
High interests and familiar with China Social Platform (Douyin, Wechat etc…)
Experience in photos and videos software (eg: photoshop)
Experience with social media live-broadcasting (wechat / douyin ….)
Good in communication and understanding, can express opinion clearly and with logic
Experience in Office tools, and making PowerPoint slides
High interest in digitalization and IT domain
Proven records of self-learning on digital tool
KOL / KOC experience is a plus
Fluent Mandarin skills, can communicate English

Digital Hub China was founded in 2020 in Nanjing. As part of the Global Digital Hub Verbund, the hub is rapidly growing with a target of a three-digit number of employees in coming years.
