ManpowerGroup Warehouse Associate in Nampa, Idaho

Our client, a leading player in the distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Nampa, ID

Pay Range: $20.00/hr

What's the Job?

  • Unload delivery trucks and perform order picking to fill customer orders.

  • Operate powered industrial vehicles safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

  • Organize and maintain warehouse stock, ensuring efficient space utilization.

  • Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies to management.

  • Perform general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.

  • Prior warehouse experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
