Gem State Staffing in Nampa is currently recruiting and accepting applications for multiple results-driven Door to Door Sales representative positions for A local painting contractor. These are full-time temp-2-hire position.
As a Door-to-Door sales Rep, you will play a key role in expanding their customer base, promoting their painting business, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct Door-to-Door sales:
- Initiate and engage in conversations with potential customers at their residences.
- Present and promote residential and commercial painting
- Effectively communicate the benefits and features of services to prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
- Address the customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate information about services.
Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Implement effective sales strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
Stay Informed:
- Stay up-to-date on services, pricing, and industry trends.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to articulate key selling points.
Reporting and documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and progress.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and objections.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Successful completion of criminal background screen.
Compensation: \$20.00/hr - \$22.00/hr DOE
