Our Network Engineer is accountable for supporting and maintaining secure, reliable, and high-performance enterprise network infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Strong hands-on experience with core network technologies such as Cisco, Aruba, Azure, AWS, Zscaler, Cloudflare, Palo Alto, and F5.
Support the implementation and maintenance of network solutions, including LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and remote access environments.
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco and Aruba network hardware, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems.
Assist with the integration of cloud network infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
Maintain and monitor Cloudflare services, including DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection.
Support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Private Access (ZPA) policies for secure remote access.
Assist with operating and supporting Palo Alto firewalls and related security features.
Provide basic to intermediate support for F5 BIG-IP solutions, including load balancing and SSL offloading.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, & Experiences:
3–5 years of experience in enterprise network support or engineering roles.
Certifications preferred: CCNA, Aruba Certified Associate, AWS/Azure Fundamentals, Zscaler Certified Associate, Palo Alto ACE, F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator.
Exposure to hybrid cloud environments is a plus.
Solid understanding of network protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, VLANs, DNS/DHCP, NAT, VPN).
Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba network infrastructure.
Familiarity with cloud networking in Azure and AWS environments.
Basic knowledge of Zscaler, Palo Alto, Cloudflare, and F5 platforms.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
