An Assessment Administration Clerk, under general supervision, performs assessing support activities following well- defined departmental office procedures. An employee in this class is expected to exercise judgment and knowledge obtained on the job and refers technical matters to supervisors for decisions and direction. This employee processes and reviews real estate transfer documents, analyzes aerial maps, tax maps and property surveys, prepares department files and types forms, letters and other related documents, assists the public in filling out standard forms, and performs other related duties as assigned.
