Aerotek Foreman And Operator in Murray, Nebraska
Concrete Foreman | $30-38/hr
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee commercial foundation and footing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in shallow foundations, poured walls, footings, grade beams, pad footings, and stem walls. You will be responsible for operating Case Equipment, including Case CX 80 and 1 160B (20klb) and 140k lb excavators.
Salary:
$30 - $35 per hour for 1 year of experience
$35 - $38 per hour for 3-5 years of experience
After 1 year, potential to transition to salary ($80k-$100k) with benefits including 401k match, truck, computer, phone, and full coverage health insurance for family or individual.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a crew of up to 6 people
Layout and tie rebar
Dig and crumb out footings
Clean spoils
Coordinate concrete pours
Read and interpret blueprints proficiently
Operate Case Equipment for excavation tasks
Top Skills Required:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Foreman in foundations and footings
Excavator operation
Blueprint reading
Valid driver's license
Secondary Skills (Nice to Have):
- CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to coordinate with the crew to perform tasks related to pouring concrete walls, foundations, and footings

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $80000.00/yr.
After 1 year can got to salary $80k-$100k 401k match, truck, computer, phone, full coverage health family or individual.
