Immediate opening for a Job Site Inspector with construction and/or flooring experience to ensure flooring installations meet or exceed client's expectations. A qualified candidate will be adept at measuring/calculating, proficient in MS Office, the ability to communicate with vendors and customers, and experience in quality standards for concrete slabs, subfloors and walls is required. Responsibilities
Conduct site visits before, during and after flooring installations to ensure high quality construction standards are met
Assess condition of floors, walls, plumbing and electric systems and document thoroughly to identify issues affecting installation
Review and interpret floor plans; measure to ensure accurate quantity of materials are available and ordered
Utilize CRM and Microsoft Office daily; communicate with sales team and customers
