The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Inspired by the Bavarian lifestyle and with 398 guest rooms and suites and nearly 5000 sqm of public space, including a state-of-the-art conference center, customized and first-class event needs are put into practice. The upscale concept includes the Italian restaurant & Vineria Assoluto with open show kitchen, the Assoluto Caffe and the Westhub Lounge & Bar, offering an outstanding culinary offering combined with warm hospitality in a stylish ambience. Our guests are also delighted by the spectacular roof terrace and MClub Lounge with panoramic views over the city, all the way to the Bavarian Alps. The hotel is located in the lively Westend, centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Munich's Old Town and within walking distance of the famous Oktoberfest grounds.

Who we are looking for...
You work behind the scenes to make sure our guests and teams have everything they need. Whether it's food, beverages, hotel equipment, cleaning supplies or marketing materials - all goods pass through your hands and you are a professional in the area of goods receiving and storage. Thanks to your care and prudence, there are never any bottlenecks and the hotel operation runs smoothly every day!
What your responsibilities are...
You are responsible for the receipt, control (quality & quantity), storage and distribution of goods
You verify delivery addresses and check invoices after consultation with your supervisor
You are responsible for warehousing and stock management
You carry out the goods issue (inspection, preparation, delivery) and also the returns
You support the regular stocktaking
You carefully book delivery bills, invoices and internal goods movements
You are a real team player with all hotel departments
