Dynatrace seeks a knowledgeable and globally experienced Senior Manager Employee Relations & Compliance. This role is pivotal in overseeing the development, implementation, and management of the company's employee compliance programs and reporting systems. The successful candidate will ensure all employee-related activities comply with internal policies and external regulations, while providing accurate and timely reporting to senior management and regulatory bodies. This individual will conduct risk assessments, foster process automation, and collaborate closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, Total Rewards, Data & Analytics, People Leaders, Employees, SMEs, and internal and external Counsels across EMEA, APAC, NORAM and LATAM.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive employee compliance programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct, lead, & manage P&C risk assessments, participate & represent P&C in internal & external audits, responding to vendor requests and fulfilling certification requirements globally.
• Responsible for the preparation and submission of compliance reports to regulatory agencies.
• Develop and implement reporting systems to track compliance metrics and trends. Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and outcomes together with the Employee Relations Lead Investigator.
• Design and deliver training programs to educate employees, people leaders and P&C colleagues on compliance policies and procedures. Ensure respective parties understand their responsibilities in compliance activities.
• Build relationships across teams, work closely with P&C, Legal and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to compliance, provide P&C compliance advice, direction and support across all locations. Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and concerns.
• Define compliance strategies, metrics, objectives, policies, processes, and lead the automation strategy for P&C ER.
• Conduct internal investigations, develop recommendations for remediation, and document outcomes. Ensure fair and impartial resolution to compliance issues.
• Review P&C policies for possible risks. Interpret, communicate, and maintain ER policies, processes, and programs.
• Monitor international legislations, trends, and company needs and participate in industry exchange groups.
• Provide guidance, expert interpretation of policies, and trainings to minimize potential adverse impact resulting from compliance issues and complaints.
• Research complex issues, recommend solutions, reflect upon historic precedent, company philosophy, regulations, requirements, policies, & other considerations to appropriately advise the organization on P&C compliance matters.
• Recommend and support improvements to enhance transparency and accuracy of processes and information sharing.
What will help you succeed
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience.
• English business fluent.
• Other languages, esp. German, French and Spanish, favorable.
• Sound knowledge of global compliance and reporting requirements. In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Advanced risk management knowledge.
• Basic experience in performing complex investigations preferred.
• Certificate Compliance Officer favorable.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills required. Experience in Excel and Power BI favorable.
• Sound technical skills and advanced automation experience. Project management experience favorable
• Positive role model and strong work ethic. Commitment to the highest standards of excellence and integrity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills. Strong consultative, coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution skills.
• Able to independently juggle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously also under time pressure.
