General Summary:

Aufgaben:

• Experte/in im Projektmanagement mit Zuständigkeit für die ganzheitliche SAP Projekt Portfolio Betreuung der Produkte, Stakeholder, Risiken und andere strategisch relevante Größen über bestehende Prozesse in einem SAP Beraterteam bestehend aus on- und offshore Kollegen*innen.

• Verantwortung für die Strukturierung und Planung neuer Projekte sowie die Steuerung, Terminplanung, Koordination, Kommunikation und Abschluss der laufenden Projekte.

• Coaching & Mentoring der agilen Bearbeitung operativer Aufgaben der Scrum Master.

• Unterstützung und Mitarbeit im Release Train Zyklus

• Koordination und Qualitätssicherung des projektbegleitenden Prozess- und Testmanagement im Team mit den funktional verantwortlichen Champions

• Kontinuierliche und Themen übergreifende Business Koordination und Moderation im Rahmen des Demand Managements von Neuanforderungen

• Erstellung und Präsentation von projektrelevanten Unterlagen, wie Vor-/Nachbereiten von Gremien (Produkt Teams und Reviews), Führen und Nachverfolgen der Aktionslisten, Bereitstellung von Statusberichten und Entscheidungsunterlagen

Erforderliche Ausbildung:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten:

• 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Durchführung von Projekten, fundierte Projektmanagement Kenntnisse in den SAP Modulen Logistik, Finance oder Produktion

• 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement. Im Hause 7+ Jahre SAP Anwendungserfahrung, sowie Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement sind von Vorteil

• Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden, wie Waterfall und Agile im SAFe Framework

• Kenntnisse folgender Tools von Vorteil: Jira, ServiceNow, Panaya, alle gängigen MS-Anwendungen

• Von Vorteil ist gutes Fach- und Prozessverständnis im Bereich Logistik, Finance oder Produktion

• Eigeninitiative und Durchsetzungsvermögen, sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (IT-Sprache ist Englisch)
