Responsibilities :
1.Lead initial planning, requirement gathering, and design phases, coordinating with stakeholders and technical teams.
2.Engage stakeholders to communicate project progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
3.Manage project budgets and schedules, adjusting plans as necessary to meet targets and resource allocations.
4.Drive regular project meetings and ensure adherence to project milestones.
5.Direct and motivate project teams, fostering innovation and identifying development opportunities.
6.Implement quality assurance processes, ensuring projects meet standards and customer expectations.
7.Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and conduct regular risk assessments.
8.Review RDLC deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. SOP), and approvals.
9.Understand RPA Opportunity and Process/es in detail and take lead on opportunity assessments and business reviews.
10.Select appropriate RPA technologies and ensure compliance with project requirements.
11.Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and high adoption rates for RPA solutions.
12.Promote continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future processes/ projects.
13.Ensure projects align with strategic objectives, contributing to long-term efficiency and productivity.
14.Monitor program performance, solicit feedback, and drive continuous improvement in RPA strategy and execution.
15.Constantly keep self & team updated with new automation tools / technology within industry
Skills :
Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for RPA deployment across multiple business units, aligning with organizational goals.
Project Management: Expertise in project planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, and resource allocation. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Communication: Excellent client-facing and internal communication abilities, alongside superior written and verbal communication skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of motivating and directing project teams towards achieving goals.
Technical Understanding: Broad knowledge of RPA tools and technologies with the ability to guide technical decisions at the program level.
Sales/Cross Sales: Good understanding of AAI ecosystem so appropriate products could be suggested to fulfill customer needs. Proposal and SOW creation skills are required.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA degree is an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of IT experience with at least 3-5 years of project management experience, and a minimum of 1 year dedicated to managing RPA (Robotic Process Automation) projects.
Certifications: PMP/ PRINCE II certification is a plus.
