Abbott Key Account Manager - E Commerce in Mumbai, India
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager (Market place) to lead and drive end to end Business .
In this role ,the person will be responsible for :
Manage and grow the business on the ecom with end-to-end ownership.
Driving the basic: Availability: OSA, Visibility.
Develop & execute a long term ecom strategy, aligned with ABBOTT goals.
Build and manage high impact relationships with partner to drive JBP(Joint business plan)
Lead day to day & annual negotiations and commercial discussion.
Establish strategic alliance with Digital team and customers.
Ensure Flawless operations including stock availability, pricing hygiene, content accuracy.
Liaise with internal cross functional teams(Marketing supply chain, finance, Digital team etc).
Conduct post campaign analysis and generate actionable insights.
Skills required:
4-6 of Total experience with 2 yrs in ecom as KAM.
Excellent communications, negotiations and stakeholder management.
Highly data driven with strong analytical & problem solving.
Ability to work in fast paced.
