She/he will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in the region and carries a sales target. A BDR will always be based in our office. The Business Development Representative will also coordinate with the various Teams in SoftwareONE and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner. Daily customer engagement over the phone Execute marketing activities Fast & accurate information dissemination to customers Lead generation and Closures Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups Managing customer information Work closely with the Business Development Managers Helping with the licensing queries and providing adequate information to the customers. Achieve the revenue target for your assigned territory/accounts. Become a Licensing Expert and Advisor for the Customer Certify on the Licensing Certifications. Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with SoftwareONE customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind "SoftwareONE" recall and resultant sale of SoftwareONE offerings. Position SoftwareONE Portfolio of products and solutions to customers by phone. Analyze the install base in the target customer accounts to: Maintain good relationship with customers to increase customer satisfaction. What we need to see from you Graduate Minimum 3-6 yrs of experience in the Inside Sales Good Understanding of Microsoft volume licensing, operations and cloud business Delivering Customer Satisfaction (internally and externally) Employee Satisfactionin your teams is cardinal Deeply Passionate about what you do but humble enough to keep learning and recognize the importance of collaborating with your colleagues Got great Discipline Job Function Customer Center of Excellence
