SOUTH PLAINS COMMUNITY Workforce Receptionist - Muleshoe in Muleshoe, Texas
- Will perform reception work, providing a positive first impression and excellent customer service.
- Will supports all telephone communication throughout Workforce Solutions by answering and routing all incoming calls.
- Will send messages and necessary information to all staff throughout the center.
- Will complete VOS Greeter registration on all customers entering the center.
- Will route customers and provided general information to both job seekers and employers. Must possess ability of personal computer operations within a Windows Microsoft environment, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Will assist job seekers with completing a WorkinTexas application and referring job seekers to job openings.
- A High School Diploma/GED is required. Education, training or certification beyond high school in clerical or administrative duties preferred.
- Proven clerical experience required.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
