Annual Salary range of $142,000-183,000 based on applicant profile. Your challenges: Electrical: Direct others or do directly the following: Work with low voltage 1.8V-24V DC systems and industrial control panels operating on 120VAC-480VAC. Research, select, and apply sensors, communication technologies, or control devices for motion control, position sensing, pressure sensing, or electronic communication. Build and test complex electro-mechanical assemblies with or without work instructions. Perform tasks on a variety of wires and multi-conductor cables such as cutting, sleeving, soldering, terminating, labeling and quality assurance. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues associated with corrective and preventive maintenance. This includeswork with common tools such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, etc. Read, analyze & interpret documents, such as procedure manuals, wiring diagrams, blueprints & schematics. C/C++/python source code, electrical safety standards such as UL508A, IEC60204-1, NEC Create and maintain electrical design documentation such as schematic diagrams and layout documents. This involves work at the system level and PCB level, and familiarity with CAD software tools. Typical tools include Solidworks, Altium, LTSpice, AutoCAD Develop schematics, BOMs, and layouts to create Printed Circuit Board Assemblies. Bring up, troubleshoot, and launch PCBA designs into production, including the design of test fixtures, QAPs, and interface with turnkey manufacturers. Performs hands-on work when needed including SMT assembly & rework, field repair, FCC/CE EMC certification testing support. Prototype, Production, and Applications: Direct others and/or do directly the following: Design, test, install, and maintain small-scale electronic equipment, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering to accomplish goals. Work with Software, Electrical, and System Engineers and Project Management to ensure a successful product lifecycle. Develop documentation related to the functionality, usage, calibration, maintenance, user programming, and troubleshooting of the company product.
