Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager tojoin our dynamic Technical Strategy and Planning Team in Mountain View. In this role, you willbe a pivotal driver in transforming how PDX operates, accelerating strategic change, andreducing friction across a 1000+ employee organization within a 4000+ engineering ecosystem.You will lead and manage a diverse portfolio of programs encompassing financial operations,strategic planning & alignment, operating rhythm, people & culture, data analytics, and center ofexcellence initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuousimprovement, data-driven decision-making, and organizational alignment.
What you'll bring
● 5+ years of Program Management team leadership experience, including 5+ yearsleading multiple complex technology-focused programs.● Proven experience driving organizational change and implementing new processesacross large organizations.● Strong Planning & Delivery expertise, with a demonstrated ability to work in a matrixenvironment and influence at all levels.● Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability tosynthesize complex information into clear and compelling narratives.● High attention to detail, strong program management background, and proven ability towork successfully in a cross-functional environment.● Ability to rally teams, communicate a clear vision, and align teams on strategic plans.● Experience in platform organizations is a strong plus.
How you will lead
● Proven ability to lead and evolve complex in-year and annual planning processes,ensuring alignment across a large-scale engineering organization.● Exceptional skills in facilitating collaboration and driving alignment across diverse teams,including Product Management, Product Delivery, and Program Management.● Ability to partner with financial teams to provide clear financial insights, analyze spendingpatterns, and identify cost optimization opportunities.● Expertise in identifying, tracking, and analyzing key organizational KPIs, and utilizingdata to drive informed decision-making and process improvements.● Experience in developing and implementing standardized planning frameworks, tools,and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.● Demonstrated ability to drive organizational change and implement new processesacross large, complex organizations.● Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complexinformation, engage stakeholders, and build strong partnerships.● Extensive experience in managing complex technology-focused programs, with a strongunderstanding of program management methodologies.● Ability to champion an employee-centric culture, develop initiatives to promoteengagement, and foster a positive work environment.● Ability to establish and maintain a consistent operating rhythm, and to plan and executekey team events that drive alignment and engagement.
