Job Title: RF Test Technician
Job Description
We are seeking an RF Test Technician to join our team. This position requires working the swing shift and involves executing RF tests per documented procedures, often under a microscope for up to 75% of the time. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of RF and DC testing in support of production.
Responsibilities
Execute RF tests per documented procedures under a microscope for up to 75% of the time.
Understand and perform microwave measurements and RF tuning.
Test RF amplifiers and other microwave products using both automated and manual testing methods.
Support production by ensuring the quality and reliability of RF and microwave components.
Essential Skills
Experience testing under a microscope.
Experience with RF tuning.
Understanding of microwave measurements and RF amplifiers.
Knowledge of automated and manual testing methods for microwave products.
Must be a ITAR complaince.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in the aerospace, defense, or commercial sectors is a plus.
Military experience is desirable.
Work Environment
This position is onsite, working the swing shift from 3pm to 11:30pm, five days per week in a hardware lab. We offer a $5000 sign-on bonus after 90 days, 401k, medical, dental, vision, PTO, holiday, and education reimbursement benefits. A swing shift differential is also included.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43900.00 - $58500.00/yr.
