Google AI Product Lead in Mountain View, California

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 6 years of experience in product or program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience implementing technical solutions and managing the product development lifecycle.

  • Experience with data-driven analysis, reporting, and success measurement.

  • Experience in Generative AI and LLMs.

  • Understanding of the architecture of a technical solution, including platforms, data, integrations and constraints.

  • Ability to manage conflicting stakeholders and drive conflict resolution.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.

gTech’s Product and Tools Operations team (gPTO) leverages deep user, operational, and technical insights to innovate Google's Ads products into customer experiences that are so intuitive (or automated) that they require no support at all. gPTO partners closely with gTech’s Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering teams to innovate and simplify our Ads products and build the productivity tools ecosystem for gTech users.

This is a unique and one of a kind opportunity to serve as an AI strategist to design and drive adoption of the AI within Global Partnerships team. You will first start by identifying ways to drive AI adoption within our existing tools portfolio for greater user adoption that in turn enables us to gather clean and verified data (on partners + deals). You will also identify use cases where AI can drive greater strategic value and execution velocity. You'll drive the development of at least two core AI products - Contracts/Deals Assistant and Partner Search, working with one dedicated AI Engineer and other colleagues.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $146,000-$213,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Oversee the lifecycle of planning, designing, and deploying an internal tool or product, ongoing communications, stakeholder management, and project management and ensure product readiness, identify product gaps, and influence product roadmaps for best possible customer/partner experience.

  • Derive critical insights from customer feedback and data analysis to unlock opportunities for improvement and share insights and potential solutions with internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering, Business Solutions).

  • Assess and identify gaps and issues in products based on customer/partner feedback or metrics analysis, communicate product gaps and issues to internal teams (e.g., Product Management, Engineering), help solve gaps and issues.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Product, Engineering, Sales, etc.) to develop products and tools, manage escalations, requirements, and feedback to and from stakeholders, and advocate for the product stakeholders with internal teams.
