Absolute Love Learning Center 

Preschool Assistant Teacher

*Duties and Responsibilities: *

Responsible to assist the classroom teacher in providing a successful, safe, and supervised educational setting for the children while they are in the Absolute Love environment. Help and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment while fostering positive relationships. Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum for preschool age children and communicate regularly about the children's progress. Use effective classroom management skills to promote positive behavior and learning. 

Qualifications:

Meets or exceeds educational qualifications (high school), 18 years of age. CPR, First Aid certification and Child Abuse Prevention training within 30 days of hire date. Have an interest in growing and moving up within the Absolute Love Learning Center. Previous experience working with children in an educational setting preferred. The ability to plan, organize and implement age-appropriate program activities. Must be able to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The knowledge to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children of diverse backgrounds.  

Schedule:

4-hour shift 8-hour shift 

Pay:

$11-$13 an hour
