Role Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and dependable individuals to join our housekeeping team as Room Attendants. The Housekeeping Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our guest rooms, ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards and procedures.
Ensure all assigned rooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities, replenishing as needed.
Collaborate with other housekeeping team members and departments to ensure timely and efficient room turnovers.
Uphold Hilton brand standards and protocols to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service.
Provide assistance to guests as needed, responding to inquiries and fulfilling requests in a courteous and timely manner.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred- but NOT required!
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
