Omatic Content Marketing Manager in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina

What You Will Do:

The Content Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing content strategy to help drive brand awareness, build thought leadership, generate leads, and retain customers.

• Develop a formal strategic framework that will standardize and inform content creation at each stage of the marketing funnel (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention).

• Collaborate with marketing leads to set priorities based on feedback from other teams and strategize new campaigns to capture, nurture, and generate high quality leads

• Work closely with marketing leadership, marketing teammates, and other departments to create effective, simple, and digestible content that clearly and consistently articulates our nonprofit expertise, our customers’ pain points, and our value proposition 

• Own strategy and development for all sales and marketing collateral such as case studies, product one-sheets, blog posts, website copy, press releases, publication guest pieces, whitepapers/ebooks, award applications, scripts for videos, key sales deck slides, thought leadership pieces 

• Actively update and manage our library of sales and marketing collateral and evangelize new content pieces across internal teams 

• Develop, iterate, and improve on processes to find efficiencies and develop new ways for content strategy to support business objectives

• Other responsibilities as defined by marketing leadership

What You Will Bring to Omatic:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent relevant education or experience will also be considered 

• Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment

• A collaborative attitude and ability to communicate and manage relationships with a variety of internal team collaborators.

• At least 3 years previous experience as a content strategist or communications specialist

• Strong familiarity with AI technologies and their application in optimizing efficiency is a plus 

• Experience in creating various types of content such as eBooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, etc.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills and experience translating complex concepts into digestible content

• Excellent prioritization skills, can quickly identify content opportunities that will drive the most business impact

• Results-driven and motivated to hit personal, team, and company targets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail 

• Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrates assertiveness and proactive engagement
