Winn Telecom Customer Service Representative in Mount Pleasant, Michigan
Winn Telecom *is seeking a full-time *Customer Service Representative to join their team in Mount Pleasant, MI. As a Customer Service Representative, you will become a vital part of a winning team. We focus on giving our customers the best service, personal touch and keeping them connected to the world!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist customers in-person and over the phone with questions regarding their account.
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
- Educate customers on current and new company products and promotions.
- Offer solutions and alternative options to customer complaints, escalate when needed.
- Build strong relationships with key customers.
- Work with various departments to support and launch processes and procedures.
- Attend after-hours business functions for Chamber and community events.
COMPENSATION: *Winn Telecom puts great value in the Customer Service Representative position by offering a *starting wage of $15 per hour. After 90 days, *there is the opportunity for a $1 per hour raise *if the employee has demonstrated proficiency in job duties.

SCHEDULE: This is a full-time position working 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm Monday -- Friday. Occasional work outside of business hours may be required for events.
* QUALIFICATIONS:*
- High school diploma required.
- 3+ years of customer service experience required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Strong active listening and organizational skills.
- Must be able to meet personal and team goals and call quotas.
