Robert Half International Human Resource Generalist in Mount Laurel, New Jersey
Highly reputable firm is seeking a Human Resource Generalist. As the Human Resources Generalist, you will be responsible for handling a variety of personnel related administrative tasks. Provide clerical support to the Human Resource department. Your responsibilities as the Human Resources Generalist will include but are not limited to:
Process bi-weekly payroll for all associated entities of company.
Prepare and maintain accurate employee payroll records for multi-state, multi-entity payroll system
Create offer letters and maintain onboarding process which includes all onboarding documentation and updates to HRIS system; initiates with IT the assignment for access to buildings and equipment; collaborates with department managers to ensure employee has new employee materials and required hardware for start date. Schedule training.
Acquires and maintains background checks and employee eligibility verifications and reverifications as needed.
Review, track and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
Research and remain updated on all Covid-19 related policies, state mandates and Federal law (FFCRA). Track employee daily questionnaire compliance.
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy protocols regarding all information
Adheres to company policies and guidelines.
Performs any other duties as requested by HR Manager.
Associates Degree in HR, Accounting and/or Business
1-2 years of payroll processing experience preferred
Knowledge of UltiPro payroll system preferred
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
HRIS system experience required.
