As a Clinical Analyst for Imaging Services you will support our Harmony field sales/clinical team to ensure correct patient selection of potential candidates who seek implantation of our congenital transcather pulmonic valve device. Patients will be selected based on the interpretation, analysis, and measurements of a cardiac multi-slice CT scan. We are looking for an individual with a passion for patient safety and quality in data analysis. The ideal candidate would have a background in imaging in either echocardiography or cardiac CT with a strong knowledge in congenital heart disease.

A Day in the Life:

This team is part of our Structural Heart division and supports transcatheter therapies for congenital, mitral, and aortic for all imaging training and education needs, as well as patient selection in both commercial and trial settings.

  • Review CT scans, echocardiograms, and sometimes angiograms performing a variety of measurements to confirm anatomical suitability for Harmony and potentially Evolut transcatheter devices.

  • Perform all measurements, using a 3D CT reconstructive software in order to perform a variety of measurements and capture images to create a comprehensive report for customers. Given the unique nature of this job, you will be given the tools you need through a robust imaging training program.

  • Work closely with the other Clinical Analyst on the team starting with the basic review process and then moving to understand more complex cases as your level of comfort increases.

  • Supports a variety of geographies (initially will focus on the United States).

  • Communicate effectively with field reps as well as customers.

  • Participate in training and education of the field staff to ensure they are well versed in our patient selection and sizing methods.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree and 2+ years of experience in a clinical imaging, cardiac CT, Echocardiography, or Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography

Nice to Have

  • Clinical knowledge of cardiac anatomy and congenital disease states

  • Working knowledge of CT 3D imaging software such as 3Mensio, Circle, TeraRecon, Vital, Q-Lab

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS) or Registered CT tech (R)(CT) through ARRT

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel

  • Team player who is self-motivated, result-oriented and focused on quality.
