The E&T Purchasing and Procurement Division is currently looking for a Senior Solutions Owner in Mossville, Illinois. The Senior Solutions Owner is responsible for managing a network of suppliers to align supply to executable production and aftermarket priorities. Balance and stabilize supply and demand, considering lead time and fluctuating build schedules caused by supply constraints. Effectively collaborate and communicate with all members of the value chain, from supplier production and logistics teams to facility and general managers. Coordinate across organizations in the supply chain by ensuring information visibility in inventory levels, production schedules, material in transit, and supplier build and ship plans. With minimal support, establish strong relationships with in-scope suppliers and facility production teams to orchestrate build and ship replanning, as well as communicate real and potential material shortages. Develop and implement both strategic and tactical materials management tools to support supply and production planning. Manage team members, ensuring consistent direction, messaging, and timely execution of weekly process steps; including data collection, analysis, build and ship coordination, and stakeholder reporting.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and produce program and/or project management schedules.

  • Utilize project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklists, and project scheduling software

  • Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, costs, etc.

  • Work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines (Engineering, Inventory Management, Purchasing, IT, Facility Engineering, etc.) and the Customer to establish completion dates.

  • Monitor progress of projects, discuss problems with affected areas, assure appropriate personnel are informed of problems and steps are in place to meet schedules.

  • Identify and capture the applicable types of interdependences from suppliers for advanced analysis.

  • Diagnose constraints in the process and build models to set prioritization of production with suppliers.

  • Develop supply chain interdependency structural development within different tools and ensure data accuracy.

  • Develop supply chain analytics for suppliers as well as broader reporting for executive summaries.

  • Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field and 5-7 years of progressively related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven experience with project management concepts, including project charters, scheduling and planning projects, management of multiple projects, and successful completion experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills in order to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence others inside and outside the department to take specific actions.

  • Strong project management, team leadership, communication, and organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively

  • Strong analytical and technical development skills to quickly design and develop solutions for complex Supply Chain situations

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Professional training in project management software and techniques

  • Previous Green Belt or Black Belt experience

  • 8+ years of Supply Chain experience
