Purchasing is one of the critical functions in our organization responsible for developing sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management across all areas: from Marketing and Media, Labor and Logistics services to the purchase of Raw and Packing Materials as well as Equipment.

As a Purchasing Manager in this ecosystem, you will lead significant and groundbreaking projects within one of our segments or spending areas.

Responsibilities

  • Development and execution of an effective sourcing strategy

  • Supplier relationship management

  • External & internal collaboration: market analysis, benchmarking, prioritization, source-to-pay process coordination, etc.

  • Deal negotiations for short- and long-term business allocations

  • Analysis and delivery of the total best value for the company via competitive bidding and negotiation

  • Mitigation of potential business interruption risks (i.e., capacity, contracts, CPS, quality of service, materials)

  • Improvement and automation of various work processes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary starting from 145 000 RUB gross

  • Annual bonus

  • Monthly lunch and flexibility allowance 5 000 RUB gross

Job Qualifications

  • The job requires you to be based in Russia

  • A university degree (DipHE) is required (up to 3 years after graduation)

  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Proven leadership capabilities
