Position details- Registered Nurse- Rehab
Location: Clearwater, FL
Facility: MPH Morton Plant Rehab
Status: Full Time, Non Exempt
Shift: 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
Every other weekend required
On Call: No

The Registered Nurse- Rehab responsibilities and skills:
The Registered Nurse works in a skilled nursing facility and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
Responsible for professional accountability and development.
The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care.
Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others in the departments.
Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment.
Requirements:
RN (Registered Nurse) License
Diploma, Associate’s, Bachelor's or Higher in Nursing
1-year RN experience
BLS certification
