Description and Requirements
Lenovo North America Marketing is seeking a skilled B2B Marketing Campaign Manager to join our dynamic Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) marketing team, supporting our fast-growing Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. This role requires a high-energy marketer with expertise in integrated campaign execution, demand generation, and sales pipeline development . The successful candidate will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for Lenovo’s end-to-end infrastructure solutions—including servers, storage, and services. Responsibilities include campaign strategy, cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and alignment with business priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with marketing and business leaders to translate business goals and objectives into meaningful marketing campaigns and programs that deliver engagement, leads, funnel and revenue
Partner with Product Marketing to translate the product and solution messaging and into compelling customer engagement campaigns that can scale across various regions and markets.
Define clear campaign blueprints, clearly identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns and the steps to execute on them
Develop campaign briefs through the alignment of creative and content teams, setting goals and approach through identifying and ideating on compelling storylines
Lead the development of the media strategy, content, creative development and agency management; Work with the agency and internal teams to manage campaign assets creation, including digital/social ads, emails, landing pages, and nurture flows.
Own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities; Work with the marketing operations team to setup and manage campaigns performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in Marketing or relevant field
Ideally 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience for a hardware and/or technology company.
Demonstrated understanding of the SMB customer audience.
Experience building integrated go-to-marketing strategies and marketing campaigns.
Experience working with creative agencies to produce digital, social, and thought leadership assets.
Work with regional teams to adapt campaigns for local markets.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong analytical and quantitative capability to determine campaign effectiveness and impact.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills working in a global, highly collaborative work environment.
Ability to think strategically, but also have exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with ability to operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
