Job Description
Your responsibilities would include:
-Working closely with Product Owners and business partners, to understand their desired business outcomes.

-Partnering with business sponsors, business architects, operational teams, and domain specialists to gather, build, refine, and document requirements.
-Analyzing sophisticated business problems and collaborating with technical architects and development leads to define and document system capabilities and features.
-Creating and maintaining user stories and solution blueprints.
-Performing functional testing, and regression and progression test automation suite on implemented solutions.
-Identifying and resolving issues raised by users.
-Discerning impacts to downstream systems and working multi-functionally to explore solutions.
-Conducting post-project evaluations to find areas of improvement and growth.
-Helping to handle risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple teams, and reporting status to managers and business partners.
-Developing domain expertise and becoming an advisor for our business partners.

Skills and Requirements
Leads initiatives to analyse complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Plans, manages and controls the activities of a team that provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Brings expertise or identifies subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret and produce recommendations based on company systems needs.
Closely partner with stakeholders , PO to document users stories and work with agile teams to define solutions.
Advises business groups by providing technical and strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities.
Ensures that policies and procedures align with corporate vision.
Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel ensuring efficient operation of the function.
Identify trends & patterns in datasets, locate points of influence, and communicate synthesized data results.
Candidate should understand/ Analyse the scope Functional & Technical - Sales Domain
Candidate should be able to document Acceptance Test Cases
Candidate should support in Testing/ Automation Scripting (Selenium Preferable)
-Bachelor's and 7+ years of experience as an IT/Business Analyst or other technical role
-Masters and 4 years of experience as an IT/Business Analyst or other technical role
-Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent collaboration skills and client management skills.
-Familiarity with Sales Forecasting models and principles.
-Experienced in Agile development methodology.
-Understanding of software development lifecycles and tools, including design and operations.
-Ability to form relationships with on-site and remote colleagues.
-Lead and maintain an agile partnership between business, operations, and IT.
-Experienced in facilitating estimation and decision making sessions.
-Proficiency in understanding business functional areas and processes, and the ability to cleanly articulate them to others.
-Test Automation experience with tools such as Selenium (preferable)/UiPath
-Hands on experience in SQL and NoSQL database
-Knowledge on Business process flow Tools like Visio, PowerBI, -MindMeister, Trello and Balsamiq null
