Description and Requirements

Lenovo eCommerce is undergoing a strategic transformation and has an entry level position available for a recent college graduate that is a motivated, fast learner with technical aptitude and business savviness. Transforming the user experience means transforming business & system processes. The eCommerce Digital Transformation Business Process Design Specialist will ensure customers have an outstanding user experience and help deliver enhancements that drive business performance.

Responsibilities:

· B2B/B2C web commerce digital transformation business model, architecture, product research & design and process transformation

· Work with business and IT teams to identify business issues and provide digital solutions/products to drive eCommerce business growth and customer engagements

· Facilitate cross-function global team communication and alignment

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Management or Marketing/Sales

· Fluent in English and Mandarin

· Basic knowledge of eCommerce business model and processes

· Strong interest in the cutting-edge technology such as AI, IoT, Cloud

· Web product design experience or CRM/ERP experiences, or business software development experiences preferred, but not required

· Fast learner and good communication skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
