Job Description
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions within the organization.
You will analyze internal processes, data, and problems, and identify benefits from enabling new capabilities by using new & emerging digital and cloud technologies.
You Will:
* Collaborate with business team to collect and document detailed business requirements.
* Implement new features in a highly collaborative environment with product managers, UI/UX specialists, and software engineers.
* Work closely with Scrum Master, Product owner, and global delivery teams to be a key contributor to Project releases and sprint payloads.
* Collaborate multi-functionally with other IT teams to implement a coordinated digital experience.
* Participate in the end-to-end software development lifecycle, adhering to the defined processes, and implementing solutions that support business needs.
* Conduct solution reviews, user demos and walkthroughs with the business partners and engineering teams
* Deliver training and support to business users.

Skills and Requirements
* You are a team member who should be able to think creatively to find the Optimal solution to problems and always be ready to learn Modern technology, tools, and processes.
* Must have 5+ years of IT or relevant experience with a BS degree.
* Familiar with requirements tracking, backlog grooming, requirements prioritization processes across IT/Business partners.
* Process and systems background with knowledge and experience in agile project
* methodologies
* Self-starter, who can work independently with outstanding analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Communicate effectively with both IT and Business team members.
* Have strong exposure to SaaS and HaaS business models. null
