Atlantic Health System Certified Medical Assistant I, AMG Call Center, Full Time in Morristown, New Jersey
Atlantic Medical Group Central Scheduling unit is seeking a full-time CMA I Scheduler I based out of our Corporate Office in Morristown NJ.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Candidate will be a scheduler in the Specialty Call Center.
Candidate will take a large volume of incoming calls that will facilitate the transcribing of orders and scheduling of our patients in various modalities.
Candidate will be trained and required to communicate various patient assistance tools.
Candidate will cross train in various medical specialties as warranted by the department
Required:
High School Diploma or GED required
CCMA from NHA NCCT NAHP NRCMA AMT AAMA AMCA or ARMA
Minimum Experience:
Knowledge of Insurance preferred
High volume call center experience preferred
Great computer skills
Great customer service skills
