Atlantic Health System Administrative Assistant, Full Time - Imaging Core Lab - Morristown in Morristown, New Jersey

Responsible for providing data coordination and administrative support for the Imaging Core Lab. Supports study workflows, effectively communicates with trial sponsors, Core Lab team and physicians ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Receive and track trial and site- specific study discs, forms

  • Upload and de-identify echo images to dedicated Core Lab server

  • Management of incoming and outgoing echo images

  • Type and send study review sheets

  • Data entry, data double check

  • Correspondence with trial sponsor personnel, site coordinators and echocardiographers

  • Maintain trial-specific master logs, action logs

  • Participate in conference calls and record minutes

  • Maintain calendar for director

  • Review invoices to sponsor, update master log

  • Scheduling

  • File maintenance

  • Supply orders

Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data coordination.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other computer based systems
