Weichert Workforce Mobility is hiring a Manager, Data Quality. The Manager of Data Quality is a member of the Global Business Solutions team responsible for overseeing the Data Quality Management and Quality Assurance programs. The position defines the Quality Management strategy and leads a team that executes QA plans to ensure data integrity within Relocation Management systems.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for developing and implementing data quality standards and policies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data.

  • Supervises a team of data quality analysts responsible for ongoing data quality assessments and audits.

  • Collaborates with the Technical Training team to design end user training plans related to data quality initiatives.

  • Responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement related to data quality and process.

  • Supports various company projects and initiatives to ensure that technology enhancements and process changes meet standards for data quality.

  • Monitors data compliance and provides data quality reports to leadership as required.

  • Analyzes and resolves issues within the data quality management process.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Information Systems or Computer Science a plus) or prior related on-the-job experience

  • Driver’s license required

  • Five (5) or more years of QA and/or combined programming and QA experience

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Demonstrated training experience

  • Relocation industry experience is a plus

  • Strong ability to analyze data sets to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement

  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of data professionals in achieving data quality objectives

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a love for technical challenges, and a willingness to learn and innovate

  • Ability to use data quality tools and software to monitor and improve data quality

  • Understanding of data lifecycle management, data governance, and data stewardship practices

  • Knowledge of methodologies and tools used for data quality assurance, including data profiling and cleansing techniques

  • Ability to work independently and in team-based environment

  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to present to a large and global audience, as well as to a small group and individuals

  • Excellent facilitation skills – both live and virtual

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Sharepoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to manage and build strong relationships

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Good people management skills
