West Virginia Employer Restaurant/Bar General Manager in Morgantown, West Virginia
Duties include but are not limited to: Manage short order kitchen, front of house, and employees. Scheduling, Loss Prevention, Food rotation, Adhere to all health codes, Maintain a safe work environment, Derive and promote specials, Order goods, including working with multiple vendors, Obtain and maintain quality employees. Qualifications: Experience with computers, POS systems, preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills.
