THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nursing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic healthcare team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our nursing operations through expert analysis, strategic planning, and the implementation of innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing, coupled with a passion for data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, healthcare, or accounting is required. Master’s degree in business administration or healthcare administration is preferred; required within one year of hire date.
