Lowe's Divisional Pro Sales Director - SO0109 in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

PURPOSE OF ROLE: The primary purpose of this role is to drive pro sales and lead a highly effective team, of regional based Pro Sales Directors, that focus on both outside selling and store pro operational effectiveness. Additionally, this role is also responsible for driving pro performance, across the entire division, in partnership with the Divisional President

What you will do

  • Drives consistent year-over-year sales growth, seeking opportunities to expand the influence of Lowe's Pro Sales to capitalize on market and region opportunities

  • Leads team of Regional Pro Sales Directors, and drives executional standards for outsides B to B sales program

  • Delivers sales results in line with company and pro specific sales plan

  • Drives Pro Sales through all relevant Lowe's Pro Channels

  • Organizes and conducts divisional sales meeting and sales training

  • Works across multiple departments at Lowe's as well as with external vendors and service providers in order to develop strategies and programs that allow Pro Sales to meet the needs of the customer and drive profitable growth

  • Responsible for continuing to build Lowe’s inward and external facing Pro culture

  • Meets with and holds relationships with Lowe’s largest and most important pro customers

  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of business-to-business sales and is a subject-matter expert in regards to the pro customer and conducts in depth research to determine new pro trends and key pro customers to focus on

  • Communicates with VP Pro Sales and VP Pro Operations regarding performance, trends, opportunities and relevant issues

  • Supports Divisional President to ensure a consistently high of pro customer service and pro operations, throughout the division

  • Walks stores with Divisional President and other operational leaders to determine functional and operational opportunities

  • Develops and maintains highly collaborative working relationships with Lowe’s merchandising teams and MVPs. Walks stores with merchants for product opportunities and competitive trends

  • Identifies opportunities with customer service, in-stock position and safe & clean stores as it relates to the needs of the Pro customers

  • Travels both independently and with other Lowe’s Divisional and corporate team members, working to assess and improve sales and profitability s

  • Provides feedback to store operations team of most effective ways to execute strong sales growth with Lowe’s pro customers

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Management, or related field 8-10 Years 8 Years 6 years experience in retail; 2 years of experience in business-to-business sales; 5 years of leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience incorporating e-commerce into sales strategy; experience identifying and building plans in response to emerging consumer trends; experience working in home improvement retail; business-to-business experience

Pay Range for CA, CO, HI, NJ, NY, WA: $123,400.00 - $205,700.00 annually
