Company has several fleets including high-end auto transportation, fitness distribution, aerospace, heavy haul, and nationwide warehousing/storage.Customer Service RepresentativeTEMP TO HIRE, $21-$23./hrDuties include:Provide high touch customer serviceRespond promptly to all inquiries received via email, phone and fax from customers and prospectsFollow up on initial contactsMaintain records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accountsMeet predetermined metrics/goalsReporting on a weekly/monthly basis, in collaboration with other customer service agentsAssist customers with purchase and usage of company productsMaintain and update customer recordsThis is a Temp-Perm opportunity. 40 hours a week.
