L’entrevue téléphonique initiale sera en anglais tandis que l’entrevue du gestionnaire aura lieu en Français.

Le salaire de départ est de $18.98 heures.

Responsabilités

Le poste d'administrateur de tests est chargé de fournir des tests sécurisés et un service clientèle de qualité supérieure dans un environnement confortable et convivial. Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous serez amené à:

  • Respecter toutes les procédures de tests et se conformer strictement aux politiques de l'entreprise en faisant preuve de discernement.

  • Enregistrer les candidats aux tests, vérifier leur identification et expliquer le processus de test.

  • Assurer la surveillance/le contrôle des candidats pendant le déroulement des épreuves.

  • Dépanner les services internes pour résoudre les problèmes techniques.

  • Effectuez des tâches d’entretien légères, comme passer l'aspirateur sur les sols et désinfecter les claviers après que chaque candidat a terminé son examen.

Exigences en matière d'horaires

Notre candidat idéal fait preuve d'esprit d'équipe et est disponible pour travailler n’importe quel jour et horaire, du lundi au samedi, entre 7h et 22 h . Le candidat doit être ouvert à des horaires flexibles.

Il s'agit d'un poste strictement à temps partiel et il le restera, à raison de 10 - 15 heures par semaine, avec la possibilité de travailler plus longtemps si nécessaire. Les horaires sont disponibles au moins deux semaines à l'avance.

Qualifications

  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis.

  • Un minimum d'un an d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle est préférable.

  • Une expérience en tant que surveillant d'examen ou surveillant est fortement souhaitée.

  • Doit être flexible en termes d'heures et de jours de travail.

  • Expérience de niveau débutant à intermédiaire dans Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook).

  • Il doit être capable de rester assis pendant de longues périodes et d'accompagner les candidats vers et depuis la salle d'examen. Doit pouvoir se pencher, se baisser et soulever jusqu'à 20 livres avec des ajustements raisonnables.

  • Doit être à l'aise dans un environnement d'essai calme, être capable d’entendre des voix faibles et voir les détails à distance

The initial interview will be in English while the final interview will be in French

Starting pay is $18.98 per hour.

Responsibilities

The Test Administrator position is responsible for providing a secure exam delivery and superior customer service in a comfortable friendly environment. In this position, you will be required to:

● Comply with all testing procedures and strictly adhere to company policies using careful judgment

● Check in testing candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process

● Proctor / invigilate candidates while testing

● Troubleshoot with internal departments to fix technical issues

● Complete light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming the floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination

Schedule Requirements

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts any day - Monday through Saturday - between the hours of 7 am and 10 pm. Candidate must be open to flexible scheduling.

This is strictly a part-time position and will remain as such, 10-15 hours per week, with an expectation to work more hours if needed.

Must be willing to travel across Canada to support Temporary Testing Events

Schedules are available at least 2 weeks in advance.

Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent is required

● Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred

● Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly preferred

● Must be flexible in work hours and days

● Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

● Must be able to sit for long periods of time and also escort candidates to and from testing room. Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 20 lbs with reasonable accommodation.

● Must be comfortable in a quiet testing environment, hear soft voices and see details from a distance.
