We are looking for an open-minded and innovative Product Manager for our mission-critical Flight Operations solutions platform. The primary focus will be on our Flight Plan Manager tool for Airline Operations dispatch officers.

The role we are offering you:

  • Designing solutions in cooperation with our Technology team and other internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting long-term product vision

  • Preparing acceptance criteria and functional documentation

  • Conducting customer interviews

  • Conducting internal and external demos

  • Product subject matter expert inside SCRUM teams

What will you achieve?

You will analyze features and actively seek our customers’ input to understand the challenges they are facing in their operations. You will generate feature business and functional descriptions and work with our SCRUM teams to design functionalities that help solve those market problems and add value for our customers. Your business knowledge and flight operations background will be leveraged to collaborate with other groups, such as technology/development, quality assurance, and delivery, to make your products successful.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Minimum of 2 years of expertise in Airline Flight Operations, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks, airspace management authorities, and civil aviation authorities worldwide, or expertise in Business Analysis.

  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple cultures across numerous time zones

  • Strong innovative capacity

  • Structured and critical thinking skills, ability to distill ambiguous and complex information into meaningful insights and sometimes contradictory requirements into feasible feature designs

  • Proactive and outgoing attitude

  • Excellent team player with the ability to lead via influence, credibility through commitment to excellence, integrity, and transparency

  • Full professional fluency in the English language

The following will be considered as a plus:

  • 3 years of Airline Flight Operations or equivalent

  • Previous ATC Coordinator dealing with complex EU or FAA airspace sectors

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Aeronautical Science, and/or Master of Business Administration Degree

  • Previous experience designing, creating, and/or implementing integration of data between multiple products

  • Business Analyst experience and Technical Product Manager experience

  • Dispatch and/or Pilot license

  • Experience working with an agile development team and understanding of Scrum
