We're hiring a Lead Learning Strategist to apply instructional design best practices aligned with industry trends to formulate the strategy and high-level design plans for complex learning solutions within Oracle Health's Consulting organization.

We are excited to expand our Learning Advancement team within the Oracle Health Consulting organization. As a Lead Learning Strategist you will utilize effective communication, relationship management, and organizational skills to collaborate with executives, business leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts and learning peers to determine the strategy, high level design plans and resource estimates for complex learning needs of Oracle Health employees and consulting partners. Our Lead Learning Strategist will work on multiple high visibility, strategic learning projects simultaneously while coaching and mentoring Learning Designers developing courses, certifications and other job development programs. In this position you will create detailed design plans that incorporate industry best practices that address business and project sponsor needs. The Lead Learning Strategist should also be skilled in assessment strategy, measurement of learning effectiveness, and quality assurance processes. Experience is preferred in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, learning accessibility, video creation, and/or graphic design. Experience working on federal government projects is preferred.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and evaluate development contributions from other courseware development team members. Develop certification questions for use in the Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) exams. Solicit & incorporate feedback from reviews and training events. Deliver training at train-the-trainer and pilot events.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
