A successful candidate must be able to follow shop work instructions, use hand tools and read tape measures. Maintaining quality standards during production with ability to follow work instructions. Supports good housekeeping to promote a safe work environment. Performs any duties as may be assigned including being cross trained in other departments. Assists in other departments as needed. Ability to work within our Inventory Control System. 2nd shift, 2:30pm to 10:30pm M-F, OT available Starting pay $21/hour + Shift Differential, if applicable + Monthly incentive payments after 90-day probationary periodQualifications Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Being able to lift 30 pounds is the requirement but we would like people who can lift 50 pounds. Ability to understand verbal and written instructions Good math aptitude Work in a group environment Fluent in EnglishAdditional Information Materials and Equipment Directly Used Personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and steel-toed safety shoes Additional Information Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction. An applicant must complete a satisfactory background check post-offer of employment. A criminal conviction will not be an automatic bar to employment.
