Polaris Industries Training Lead in Monterrey, Mexico

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports Monterrey’s training priorities by (but not limited to) creating and facilitating training, as well as leading or supporting local training programs.

  • Collaborates with the MTY training team to continually improve the Dojos.

  • Manages the learning platforms (Degreed and Workday Learning) for international and Monterrey users.

  • Analyzes data and generates Power BI reports to track training KPIs, communicating trends to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborates with stakeholders in Monterrey and internationally to develop interactive courses.

  • Develops training materials in Spanish (manuals, videos, tutorials, newsletters, references).

  • Provides technical support (Degreed and Workday Learning) to end users.

  • Develops and supports training management applications as needed, with a special focus on the Monterrey campus.

  • Analyzes data and generates Power BI reports on training compliance and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to design and develop effective learning experiences tailored to Spanish-speaking audiences.

  • Manages the Global Manufacturing Training inbox.

  • Translates and adapts critical or mandatory training content into Spanish.

  • Supports the MFG Training Manager in implementing training programs and projects for Monterrey.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develops training aids, including training handbooks, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, newsletters, and reference works for Spanish-speaking audiences.

  • Translates mandatory and critical training content into Spanish as needed.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

  • Desirable experience managing Learning Systems (LMSs & LXPs)

  • Expertise in developing engaging and effective training materials and programs, including online and in-person formats.

  • Experience in delivering various training methods, such as classroom instruction, online learning, and coaching.

  • Ability to identify and analyze training needs within an organization, aligning training efforts with business goals

  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.

  • Strong ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including trainers, trainees, and stakeholders.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies. (Degreed, Workday Learning, Articulate 360, and Vyond preferred.)

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to lead and manage training teams, projects, and resources, ensuring the successful delivery of training.

  • Able to effectively communicate system enhancements, bug fixes, system updates, or important changes to peers and stakeholders.

  • Power Bi Skills: Basic Data Modeling, Visualization, and Data Storytelling.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach who can work unsupervised, demonstrating initiative, creativity, professionalism, and ability to think outside the box

  • Ability to conduct independently with a customer-centric approach.
