Vontier Talent Acquisition Specialist in Monterrey, Mexico

WHAT YOU WILL DO
In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our talent acquisition strategy in Mexico. Your responsibilities will include high-volume recruitment, market mapping, pipelining, and advising stakeholders on sourcing strategies. Plus, you'll lead exciting initiatives in employer branding to ensure we stand out in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment processes in Mexico.
Advising on sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Maintaining an active candidate pipeline through various channels.
Leading employer branding initiatives for continuous improvement.

The skills we see as critical to succeed in this position:
Minimum 3 years experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
Experience in IT or Tech recruitment preferred.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting channels.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Experience building pipelines and market mapping.
