Job Description
- This position helps to increase the Continuous Improvement culture “To ensure everyone in the organization is passionately driven to improve products, processes and services to avoid waste using lean principles, six sigma quality and BBP fundamentals”.
What your day will look like:
Aligns CI processes and resources, coaching the sr. leadership team, to accomplish the strategy deployment of the site business plans.
Supports and participates in the implementation of global and local CI agenda, and activities supporting the business strategy.
Identifies and lists potential business opportunities to improve manufacturing processes. Includes productivity workshops.
Ensures the accomplishment of the annual productivity signed commitments, CI projects identification, and its action plans required, to reach goals.
Coaches and supports to site directors and managers to implement CI tools to improve processes and/or tackle critical problems.
Leads CI breakthrough/strategical projects using DMAIC methodology, Lean tools, and Six Sigma statistical tools, as required, as well CI initiatives to improve CI processes, tools, and programs. And documents lessons learned from CI projects and initiatives.
Coaches and mentors of Lean Six Sigma Green Belts (CI practitioners) on site.
Performs LCI assessment process and supports to areas assigned on LCI assessment journey to achieve target, includes LCI department. Supports LCI assessment governance process.
Influences, coaches, challenges, and acts as a sparring-partner to the Sr. leadership team and their leaders to adopt CI thinking practices and to demonstrate CI behaviors that drives desired results.

Are you up for the challenge?
Experience in plant manufacturing and structural Continuous Improvement and/or OPEX environment
Six Sigma Black Belt certified (upload certificate).
Lean Manufacturing certified (upload certificate).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, workshops facilitator and CI training tools.
